Nonsense.
This guide does not use ssdtPRgen.sh or SSDT.aml generated from it.
It injects plugin-type from SSDT-HACK.aml.

I'm trying to figure out what the problem might be. Because I have repeatedly done clean installation.

No evidence of a clean install provided (certainly not recently, maybe not ever).

I discovered an incredible thing. if I boot MAC in verbose mode, energy saver works perfectly. How is it possible? I'm not believing it. the verbose mode prints on the screen the start info, nothing more and nothing less. right ?

Verbose boot can change the timing of startup.
As can installing extra software...

Hi there. Having issues getting this working with my y50-70. Ive got the machine to boot fine with the installer config file, but when i try to apply your config file with the patched drivers, clover won't show any of the macOS drives. Any ideas?

You probably forgot HFSPlus.efi and/or apfs.efi in drivers64UEFI.

Ive got most of it working now, but the wifi is still proving tricky. I've installed the FakePCIID.kext and FakePCIID_Broadcom.kext using kext utility, but can't work out how to patch the config file. Have you got any advice? Sorry to hassle you again.
