Hi everyone,
My desktop built is:
CPU: i5-7600
Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-Z270-HD3P
Graphics Card: GIGABYTE GEFORCE GTX 1050Ti
RAM: 2x8GB DDR4 - 2666 CRUCIAL BALISTIX SPORT
HDD: Samsung EVO 850 500GB

I have installed successfully High Sierra and made a build with Multi-Beast with the following configuration:
Quick Start > Clover UEFI Boot Mode
Drivers > Misc > FakeSMC
Bootloaders > Clover UEFI Boot Mode
Customize > System Definitions > iMac > iMac 14,2
IntelMausiEthernet2.3.kext
macOS 10.13.3 High Sierra (17D47)

As you can imagine, I have no audio. I have visited toleda's posts and I have to be honest with you: I can't get it... I can't follow...
Maybe because I am a newbie to hackintosh.

I have tried and tried many "solutions" for days now but all I get is my system freezing at the the end of loading (black screen with white logo and processing bar). So I get over the beginning again.

Can anyone help me or give me a step-by-step guide so I can finally get sound working?

Hi toleda,
I really appreciate your work and, honestly, I feel embarrassed that I couldn't follow.
I have a fresh installation with no audio kext installed.
So, what is the next, easiest step?
Thank you so much.

1. Determine codec

I fill grateful for your help, toleda. I don't want to be a buzzy but just to mention that I installed the kext for this codec via Multibeast in one of my previous installations with no luck...

Thank you so much again.
