Have you updated your version of Clover? Are you using Rehabmans Fork or the Regular Clover?

Why are you using OsxAptioFix2Drv-64.efi?
As per guide, you should be using only AptioMemoryFix.efi or OsxAptioFixDrv-64.efi+EmuVariableUefi.efi.
And the guide does not call for CsmVideoDxe-64.efi at all.

Also, your config.plist is wrong (it is not from the current github files). Read post #1, "Final config.plist".

ummmm... I guess those would be the differences between your fork and the regular clover....

No differences... My Clover is the same as current Clover with respect to these efi files.

I think you are confusing current possible Clover configurations with past possible Clover configurations with recommendations made in my guide.

My guide has always recommended OsxAptioFixDrv-64.efi over OsxAptioFix2Drv-64.efi.
AptioMemoryFix.efi is new both in my Clover and sourceforge Clover and usually means you don't need EmuVariableUefi-64.efi.
Finally, my guide has never recommended CsmVideoDxe-64.efi.

ok.. fresh Rehabman Clover install... followed your guide and recommendations..
Everything seemed to be ok.. boots up but right when it should load the DESKTOP screen, it reboots...

So I removed EmuVariableUefi-64.efi will only boot 75% . with it installed will boot 99%......

So I relaized my startup mistake.. used 4x0 g3 config instead of 6x4 skylake config
I now have camera.. but have lost audio.. and also have a loss of Bios power error at startup?? Thnking its AptioMemoryFix.efi
going to tryOsxAptioFixDrv-64.efi+EmuVariableUefi.efi to see if it resolves issue.

System 100% up and running!

Edit: 95% .... Bluetooth keeps dropping connections.....

What region are you in? If you have non-US networking gear, you may need an appropriate country code patch for WiFi.
And what kind of devices are dropping their connection?
