Been trying so hard to not post because I’m certain the info is already here and on this guide and that guide and on this post and that post.... and have searched and tried numerous things to resolve problems that arise. Doing that I have made it to disassembling the DDST/SSDT and started working through patching but following power management kext installs ive been stuck at a kernal panic that I haven’t been able to get passed.

I have a screenshot when booting from the internal drive and another when booting from the USB installer. Both end in kernal panic which makes me question my understanding of clover to begin with, to which I am seeking knowledge from the masses.

I believe I have thouroughly read the guides and reread the guides and poured through countless posts and have tried my best to absorb and implement all the information but I seem to have missed something. Can someone please point me in the right direction?

My apologies, after borrowing a chromebook to no avail, I was able to borrow a windows machine and extract the data from the efi partition on the usb drive. I am not sure how to get the same data from the hard drive. Hopefully this has what needs to be seen for assistance. Thank you.

You need to provide the EFI/Clover that produces the problem.

Note: Your panic indicates you installed AppleIntelInfo.kext, which is not correct. That kext is not intended to be installed, but rather only run with kextutil or kextload. You would have known this if you read the AppleIntelInfo.kext README. Remove AppleIntelInfo.kext.

For a quick way to understand correct AppleIntelInfo.kext usage, read here:

Yes that was the guide I followed right before the problems began. I was at the point where it says to use AppleIntelInfo.kext to test power management. I followed that section as it was written. Perhaps I accidentally used kext wizard to install it at somepoint, I cannot recall.

I have rebooted the machine to the original USB installer and used terminal to search for AppleIntelInfo.kext on the HDD but have not found it so I am not sure how I can remove it. I will continue to search for the solution.

Over the night, I did a refresh install of Sierra from the USB installer. Booted via HDD this morning into Sierra. Proceeded with the Multibeast procedure as per the guide. Upon reboot I hit the same kernel panic. The AppleIntelInfo.kext remains which tells me I should have formatted my partitions and done a fresh install.

Still unable to get the clover efi off the HDD to provide for analysis. Perhaps I should do the format and fresh install to wipe out the offending Kext.
