i have been looking having separate hard drives for boot drive and DAWs, project backup, sample libraries and a satellite computer to run plugins to reduce CPU load on the boot/DAW drive.

Recording lounge podcast and host Kendal Osborne uses a custom PC and recommended this site:
https://pcaudiolabs.com/ for purpose built computers for music production and years ago, they supplied parts too, parts that are supposed to be quiet. i think computers are getting quieter in general. anyhow, here is their comparable case:

i have a concern with the price though, so i was thinking of ways to quiet the case you listed, just in case. i was thinking of glueing gypsum board to the outside with holes for air, of coarse, if there is a problem
have you looked at this mother board for $80 more, https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01NBHXSP6/?tag=tonymacx86com-20
it might save in the long run because it has 4 USB 2.0, 4 USB 3.0, 1 USB 3.1 type C, 1 USB 3.1 type A, 8 channel audio, what looks like optical, clear CMOS and BIOS flashback.

So, finally, I have my final setup / Hardware parts:

Motherboard: GIGABYTE Z370 HD3 or Gigabyte lga1151 Intel Z270
CPU: Intel Core i7-7700K Prozessor
RAM mem: Ballistix Sport LT BLS4C8G4D240FSB 32GB Kit (8GBx4) DDR4 2400 MT/s (PC4-19200) DIMM 288-Pin Memory grey
HDD: 1x Seagate Desktop HDD 4 TB; intern HDD; 3.5", SATA; 6GB/s ST4000DM000 2x Samsung MZ-75E500B/EU 850 EVO (Samples, libray, etc...), 1x Samsung SSD 960 EVO 250GB, M.2 (MZ-V6E250BW) (Operation system)
GPU: GIGABYTE GeForce GT 1030 Silent LP 2GB Dual-Link DVI-Dx1 HDMI(Gold Plated)x1 DP(Gold Plated)x1
PSU: Corsair CP-9020091-EU RMX Serie RM650X ATX/EPS Voll Modular 80 PLUS Gold 650W
Case: inter-tech 4U 4088-S

Motherboard I am still unsure - whether the GIGABYTE Z370 HD3 mobo well fits with the other components!?

I keep you up to date and will report! :)

Ps: Maybe anyone have a improvement proposal!

Are you Movie score Composer?

are you going to make music videos, or video document the recording process, even a little? if so, is there merit to making a video production computer that can do music production? if you are going to use Final Cut X, you might look at other GPUs, do i have this right? ... for video editing, quote: go with compatible amd cards for final cut x (rx 580 or vega 56/64) or nvidia cards for the rest.. end quote from another thread.
there are a few more reviews on this case:
Logisys CS4802BK 10-Bay EATX 4U Industrial Rackmount Server Chassis w/120mm Fan & 2x80mm Fans - No PSU
