I got the same CPU, but K (overclockable), that has a HD4600 GPU integrated
I got the same Radeon graphic card

Intel HD 4600 (Desktop 1.25 GHz) vs AMD Radeon HD 5450
Userbenchmark Effective 3D Gaming GPU Speed: 5.34% vs 1.34%
Intel HD 4600 (Desktop 1.25 GHz) - 266th / 544
AMD Radeon HD 5450 - 440th / 544

My opinion: ditch your radeon (if your motherboard has the connectors you need) !!! Plus it is much slower than the HD4600
and support for HD4600 is super easy with ig-platform-id set to 0d2200003 and there is much more support than for the Radeon.

I've got mine working, but dual screen flickers on the second screen with the DMS59 connector (kind of a dual DVI) even though I got full QE/CI.
But I got it working using these settings (use clover configurator for easy tweaking):

FBname: cedar (not sure about this one since it works, but you may want to try with eulemur)
Fake ID (ATI): 0x68E01002
Fixdisplay_0100: ON
I'm not sure about this two, but it works, so I gotta test with and without.
Inject ATI: ON
Patch VBios: ON

thanks dude for ur suggestion, but why i need to inject ati for use my intel graphics? for use intel hd 4600 what i have to do ? i have to use that parameters that u wrote? or u meaning abount 5450? my fear is that some friends told me that thay found audio problem using graphic card of the cpu..and i use my hackintosh for audio workz, i'm scared of being crazy for set up my hd 4600 intel for find problems with audio at the end..
it's impossible that i can't set up this damned ports help guyz

Put SSDT-GFX0 in EFI/Clover/ACPI/patched. Replace the config with the one attached.
