The i7 4720HQ has HD 4600 graphics. So I'm guessing the IGPU is disabled by BIOS?

The ioreg in post #17 shows no Intel HD.

Just because the CPU has it, does not mean the OEM enabled it.
It could also be that the user disabled it via BIOS option.
