Sorry, I made a mistake.
I changed
<key>#AddProperties</key>
to
<key>AddProperties</key>

And nothing happens...

By the way, how can I be sure that
REALTEK ALC 282 v 2
is my audio device?

What do you mean "nothing happens"? Your ioreg shows "hda-gfx" is now injected on HDAU/HDEF/IGPU.
If you're still expecting HDMI audio to work... you still have work to do...
Because connector-type at AppleIntelFramebuffer@2 (where your display is connected) is still showing DP <00 04 00 00> instead of HDMI <00 08 00 00>.
You need to add the appropriate framebuffer patch to change it...

Your ioreg shows 0x10ec0282, which is Realtek ALC282.

You need to add the appropriate framebuffer patch to change it...

Is this "kext to patch" to be changed? THANKS

It is a patch for HDMI on port 0204. But only for the ig-platform-id values listed, so you need to pay attention to each patch and the applicable ig-platform-id depending on which one you're using.

I GOT IT! Thanks a lot!

HDMI WORKS!!!

But why is the webcam mic not activated?
ONLY the internal mic works

No idea what you mean by "webcam mic" vs. "internal mic". Generally speaking, the "webcam mic" *is* the "internal mic".

Ok I understand I was wrong. There's only one mic.
But the internal mic on preferences panel inputs seems not to work.

By the way, Blue tooth is not activated
After
BrcmPatchRAM2.kext
BrcmFirmwareRepo.kext with Kext Utility
Repair permissions

NO BLUE TOOTH

Probably an issue/mismatch with your PathMaps.
