USB not working properly

According to ioreg, all USB controllers have active drivers. EHC1/EHC2 and your NEC/Renasas controller at RP04.PXSX.

DropOem=true without all SSDTs in ACPI/patched is not a good idea. See ACPI patching guide...

Thank you for checking it out.
Are these two cases related? Or it just could mean I have a dead USB port?
I checked this port with a USB keyboard during BIOS load process, all keyboard led lights flash for a second and then turn off. Keyboard doesn't work. Looks like it's a hardware problem.

Test the port on Windows or Linux.

I couldn't test the not-working ports properly, but I tried to boot Win10 installer from those two ports. Boot Manager doesn't recognise anything. A plugged in USB w/ installer was recognised by two ports to the right, on the other hand.
Attaching my current clover/patchmatic/ioreg.

The problematic ports are probably NEC/Renasas. These are supported by GenericUSBXHCI.kext but not very well (problems with detection are common).

But it doesn't work in 10.12+, right?
My main concern about USB is somewhat-working (?) Bluetooth on BCM94352HMB.
At the startup, Bluetooth icon states "No Bluetooth available". If I put the laptop to sleep and then wake it up, Bluetooth starts working. After restart it rolls back to non-working state until put to sleep and waken up afterwards.

As far as I know it works similar to how it worked in 10.11... which is not very well.
6-series USB3 and 10.11 and later is not a good combination...

Bluetooth is on USB2, so GenericUSBXHCI.kext is a non-issue.
