Help needed: Lenovo D20 (4158) my 1st hackintosh

So i have a dual Xeon D20 lenovo workstation (4158 version), and i got all the way through the El Capitan installer using clover after a few random reboots and fumbling around, However i ran multibeast and chose what i thought were reasonably conservative choices but im pretty sure ive stooged it as now i cant get past the infamous row of pluses, no matter what options i try.

im assuming that i have chosen incorrectly and i now have a kext or some thing that is locking it up, however im unsure where to go from here as far as where to find out which/what it is.

unfortunately whether i enter the -v flag under clover options or i select boot the install of osx in verbose mode.. both give me a blank screen which eventually has a cursor top left that after a time just gives way to the row of pluses. i get no "verbose" information at all. i have a quadro 4000 but i havent got around to installing the drivers for that yet since i havent got back into osx once i ran multibeast. it doesnt seem to make a difference if i use the nv_disable flag or not.
