Cant get WIFI/BT to work

I have done a fresh installation of Sierra OS. Its my first build and everything works surprisingly perfect except the WIFI/BT. How do I get it to work? I have replaced the intel wifi/bt card to a Broadcom BCM94356Z. I am grateful if someone takes the time to explain :)

BCM94252Z is supported on Sierra with FakePCIID.kext + FakePCIID_Braodcom_WiFi.kext + 'fcvo' patch by the-darkvoid.
Bluetooth requires correctly configured USB + BrcmPatchRAM2.kext + BrcmFirmwareRepo.kext.

Thanks for the advice. Nice to see so many dedicated users here. "RehabMan" is a name you can find everywhere in this forum. Really have to say a big up for your work.
I still have a sleep issues with my audio. No sound after sleep. I found codec_commander.kext in a thread and I installed it with kextbeast. No difference. I guess that you have a solution for this as well for all mac problems in the world :D

Could you link where I can find all these kext and patches. It's sounds navie to think that it all will work out using kext wizard and install them om S/L/E . It's kind of impossible to find a simple guide. The fresh installation part of sierra is easy, but when it comes to the wifi/BT part it turns out to a complete nightmare.
