Remove the ssdt, will never work.

Did I tell you that you are a genius!
  1. I moved the graphics card but it still did not work.
  2. Removed all audio relate kext/aml from Kext/Other and ACPI/Patched.
  3. Added the NVidia Peg0 aml from your github to ACPI/Patched. Reboot. Voila!
Thanks a ton for taking time out to help folks like me. I owe you a beer!

IOReg and Clover boot log missing
Hi toleda, I have solved my problem by reinstalling everything from the beginning. Thank you any way for your help and your script is great, it works way better than multibeast. I'm sorry to have wasted your time.

  1. HDMI audio is not working/doesn't show into devices
  2. OS X 10.12.4 (16E195) / Lenovo Y510P, Nvidia optimus 755m/ IG4600
  3. Added config.plist, ioreg, script log, and patched files to an archive.

Dear all,

since I updated my system to Sierra using Clover as bootloader, HDMI audio is no longer working. Analog audio of the ALC892 codec is working, but no HDMI audio device is detected. A detailed description of my hardware configuration can be found here: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/...0-asrock-h77m-itx-mountain-lion-10-8-1.69575/
When I'm executing Toleda's audio_CloverHDMI script as described in https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/new-automatic-hdmi-audio-script-released.184867/ I get the following error message:
$ ./audio_cloverHDMI-120_v1.0d.command

What can I do to solve this merge issue? Or is there something else wrong?

Hi Toleda.
I have problems to get HDMI to work on my new Gigabyte Ga-Z270X UD5 mobo with a 6700K skylake processor.
HDMI works wit my discrete Nvidia GTX 680 card but not on my HD 530. I send my saved ioreg and my DSDT and config.plist.
I should really appreciate if you could give me some advice how to solv the problems. I've read in one of your guides that in some cases you need some DSDT edits to get it to work.

With best regards
Öbus

Skykake framebuffer edits required, see Post #1
DSDT edits are fine, however, DSDT edits are not recommended.
See Post #1/cloverHDMI

Hi again Toleda and thank's for prompt answer.
I'm a little bit confused witch frambuffer edit I need to put in to my plist. My display is on port 0x6 so it should be the "10.11.4-SKL-1912000-Port_0x6-DP2HDM" patch or? I tried that and then my computer crashed during boot up in verbose mode. Did I something wrong? If this patch is wrong could you please guide me to the right one?

Another question is why you don't think I should put in all SSDT into one DSDT. Is there some downsides when you do that?

Regards
Öbus

Back again Toleda.
Tried without DSDT and used only patch-generated SSDT. Now the HDMI shows up but still no sound.
Very very late now and I have been struggling with this for hours. New ioreg and all the other files that you might need.

Should be very happy if you could see what is wrong.

Regard
Öbus
