[Guide] Dell XPS 13 9360 on MacOS Sierra 10.12.x - LTS (Long-Term Support) Guide

Count me in as number three. Initial install went fine but then last night the same issues appeared.

Ok. So now we have a trend of (at least) 3 people. I suspect we have similar hardware, and/or we all directly copied @bozma88 's DSDT files... :)

This is my config:
HW: 9360, QHD, 512GB, 16GB SSD
SW: 10.12.3, Win10
CLOVER: 1st attachment

Question - Has anyone managed to dump their own unpatched DSDT files? Pressing F4 or Fn+F4 at Clover menu doesn't bring do anything...

Clover dump needs "origin" folder present, otherwise it wont't dump.

Suggestion: When you provide an EFI/Clover for people to copy (such as the Files-v8.zip in post #1), best to keep the ACPI/origin directory (empty).

1 - Do you recall making some modifications before the issue appeared?
Yes

2 - Describe "freeze": permanent lock or it lasts just a few seconds?
Permanent

3 - Is it consistent and replicable 100% of the times?
Yes

4 - Did you try with an USB-C charger?
No

5 - Try connecting the charger WHILE moving the cursor with trackpad, and continue moving it. Does it freeze?
Yes

6 - Do you have FHD or QHD screen?
QHD

7 - Do you have USB peripherals connected?
No

8 - What BIOS version and MacOS version are you running?
1.3.2, 10.12.3

Yes and it does not freeze when using Windows.

Yes, it immediately freezes when plugged in or unplugged moving cursor doesn't help.
