I have selected the same option when i install clover to USB... i have add insatll rc scrpt and pannel preference

When i reboot i no look the drive for boot OSX.... why ?

You must configure Clover exactly as you did for USB, including drivers64UEFI, config.plist, kexts, etc.
You probably forgot HFSPlus.efi.

Do EC reset.
Don't forget you may need "alternate DropTables" as discussed in the guide.

"alternate DropTables" is covered in the guide.
Read it carefully.

But you should try EC reset first.

Before i can install El Capitan I fail to get past a grey screen with the spinning wheel cursor. Besides, the loading bar acts suspicious, not reaching the end before the screen goes grey. I booted in verbose and noticed that at a certain stage the activity light on my USB stick turns off for quite a while. Here's the photo of it. I've prepared the USB using createinstallmedia method in Mavericks hack with Clover UEFI. The EFI/Clover folder is attached.
Hopefully there's a workaround.

Remove unnecessary kexts from EFI/Clover/kexts/Other.
You should be left with only:
FakeSMC.kext
VoodooPS2Controller.kext
RealtekRTL8111.kext

You may need "alternate DropTables" as per guide (but based on what you write above, probably not).

The gray screen with "spinning wheel" is normal. Make sure you are patient. Booting the installer from USB is not quick.

See edited reply.
Thank you for the response.
I did as you suggested with the kexts, booted from the USB and waited until after about 10 minutes of stalling on the gray screen when it eventually faded to black. It now does not react to mouse or keyboard.
Should I look into droptables?
update: I managed to wake it up to the gray again but still no luck with getting further.
