[Problem]MSI GE62 6QC Laptop(i7-6700HQ, Intel HD 530, GTX960M)Brightness Issue, Bright Control

I haved installed the OS X El Capitan to my laptop MSI GE62 6QC

  • CPU : Intel i7-6700HQ
  • Chipset :Intel® HM170
  • Memory : 16GB DDR4-2133
  • Display :15.6" Full HD (1920 x 1080)
  • Graphics : GeForce® GTX 960M
  • Storage :M.2 SSD SATA (Windows 10 installed) + 1TB HDD (OSX installed)
  • Optical Drive :DVD Super Multi
Work:
  • Intel HD530 (ID:0x191b0000)
  • Optical Drive :DVD Super Multi
  • Audio : VooDooHDA (Mic-in/Headphone-out, Speaker)
  • LAN : Killer E2400 Gigabit Ethernet with Killer Shield
  • Webcam
  • Bluetooth
  • HDMI
  • Keyboard
  • USB 2.0 port
  • USB 3.0 port

Not Work:
  • Usb : MSI EPF USB
  • Card Reader
  • Wireless LAN : Intel Wireless 3165
  • GeForce® GTX 960M
Not Tested:
  • USB 3.0 Type-C
  • Mini-DisplayPort

Problem Found
  • brightness Control (Hotkey fn + up, fn+Down not Work)
  • Error Found. Console log as below

  • How To Disable the NVIDIA GPU.
EFI: Clover 3599
Attached system information. Anyone can help me to solve above problems? Please help to patch the disable NVIDIA GPU to DSDT and SSDT.

Updated : the DSDT in attachment. Brightness Fixed, by AddPNLF + NewWay in Clover. Brightness slider in app store.

Dear, I have the same computer (GS63)
Could you give me the config.plist and the kext you use ?
I read a lot about that but impossible to fix the intel 530 Graphic (only 7 mb) and the audio (only the microphone and headphone)
It will give me big big big help !!!!

Dear RehabMan,
I red so much thread here I can see your answer is always the same : read the Clover guide.
But all of us are not so specialist like you, and I was afraid to have this answer too.
I red this guide, I tried a lot of things, but impossible to fix it.
I can't go to the bios to pre alloc the vram, and each time I patched with multicast injector for instance I get a black screen.
I need really your help. I know it has to be boring to have a lot of people who ask a question without read, but in this case I have not abilities to understand.
Oh, and Im not a kid, just a french guy ;)

What is "multicast injector"?
If you mean Multibeast, the guide does not use Multibeast.
The correct config.plist settings are provided in the linked config files in the guide.
If you can't adjust DVMT-prealloc, you must use the minStolenSize patch. The minStolenSize patches are provided in the plist. It is disabled by default. Disabled patches are covered in post #2.

Since Clover cannot patch a kext that is not in cache, to use the patch (once it is enabled), you must get the kext in cache:
- boot with invalid ig-platform-id, 0x12345678
- rebuild cache (kextcache -i /)
- reboot normally

Dear RehabMan, Thank you very much, I finally success (DSDT + 191b0000)
Only issue : Glitches on VLC with reading MKV (x264). Other is OK (1536mb, no graphics problems on the menue, final cut launching !)

Can you please also give me all the working IDs for HD 530 I check for minstolensize patch I think it's there in my config ..Let me check that

I have checked the minstolensize it's already sitting in my config in kexts to patch still HD 530 is showing 7mb .What am I doing wrong ? Should. I send you my config ?
