I thought thats what i do here...
There is a lot of info already posted on this. Use search and read up on it. Very easy to do.

If you searched you would have found my topics.
I am using Intel HD 530 via DisplayPort for 4k 60hz output.

HDMI 2.0 don't work well on OSX at all.

If you use DisplayPort it's ok. But there is a problem with Intel HD 530, it's not capable of HiDPI resolution higher than 1080p. So you can use 1080p HiDPI (way too big on 27") or 2160p native (way too small on 27").

Your best bet is a GTX 960/950/760/660 via DisplayPort

You guy´s don´t really read what i writed...

DisplayPort = Doesn't´t help me because it´s not there !
Intel GPU = Doesn't´t help because i don´t need it, i can use a AMD RX4xx or any other GPU !

= It´s not helping because there is no DP-Input in my Display, please understand that !

I am telling you, Mac OS support for HDMI 2.0 not great. But you can try a GTX 960, with pixel clock patch and see if it works. You can get a cheap one, used for about 100€ here.

Other than that, every 4k monitor has dp input, so maybe are u using a tv?

I don't know if getting an adapter HDMI>DP will solve the issues with HDMI

What brand and model of TV ? Does it have HDMI 2.0 ? You don't give enough detailed info.

I already wrote that it works with windows 4k/60Hz = Of course it have HDMI 2.0...

It´s a Samsung 43KS7590 but that info doesn't´t help me or you to find the correct hardware.
