USB 3 in Sierra install.

Currently I am getting 480MB/s on the USB 3 ports. Any idea how to make this to proper USB 3. I have installed the generic USB drivers from Multibeast but to no speed bump on the actual ports.

Suggest you read it carefully and try to understand the issue.
There is a guide for creating a custom SSDT for USBInjectAll.kext (linked from it). You should plan on completing that task.
