USB randomly ejects / turning off/on

It would help to attach ioreg. You don't need to patch a DSDT. Ive done the patches already for Z97/H97 boards with Clover hot patch.

@VioletDragon hey, I've still got one problem with USB. I noticed that if I plug my logitech mouse receiver to USB 3 port, it works fine, but if I plug any USB 3 device to another USB 3 port, then mouse starts stuttering like hell. If I unplug that USB 3 device, then mouse starts working ok again.
If I plug the receiver to USB 2 port, then this problem does not occur.

Any suggestions?

Hmm… I don't see it.
Is it somewhere else?

Where did you get SSDT-USB from?

I've generated it using this source (applied port mapping based on my tests with USB 3.0/2.0 hub).
You've assisted me with it a few pages ago.
