I think you need to drop the SSDT with table id xh_rvp10.
It will be default (soon) in my plists provided by my guide...
You can drop it from the Clover GUI.

Can you please direct me to which option drops the SSDT with table xh_rvp10? I believe SSDT-5.aml is the correct SSDT.

Looks like a normal boot so far... be patient, as booing the installer from USB is not quick.
If it fails...
Boot verbose, show photo. Attach EFI/Clover folder as ZIP (omit 'themes' folder).

From where did you download OS X?
On what hardware did you create your USB installer?
Your EFI/Clover/kexts is not per guide.
Your EFI/Clover/drivers64UEFI is not per guide.
