[Guide] HP ProBook/EliteBook/Zbook using Clover UEFI hotpatch (10.11)

"Launch daemon & rc scripts are not operational.NVRAM changes won't be retained next boot." is an error message showing when using Clover theme manager .

Because this app should be made to simplify clover theme customization (the theme manager that was imbedded in Clover Configurator is vanished) i assume that this error message is strongly related to my problem ;-)

Googleling the error message only reports technical pages.

I try to remove EmuVariableUefi-64.efi.

Excellent!

Removing EmuVariableUefi-64.efi fixed my issue :)

A last thing, UEFI Shell 64 doesn't work anymore since my last Clover 3961 update. Any idea?

No plans to support laptops without Intel graphics in this guide.

Your current theme in config.plist/GUI/Theme is set to 'BGM'.
You can change it to any other theme you may have in EFI/Clover/themes.
Use a plist editor to edit your config.plist. You can use Finder to copy themes in to EFI/Clover/themes.
 
Rehabman, do you recommend to update to the latest F.62 Rev.A (8th of Nov 2016) BIOS from F.61 on a 4340s? Or better leave it as is, if working properly? (cannot downgrade in case of upgrade).

Can access the Clover shell, but not a terminal.

Had you included it, it would be inaccurate/wrong.
Your lspci output shows Nvidia only... no Intel HD graphics.

I haven't upgraded, so cannot share any personal experience. I expect it makes no difference.
