Yes, I saw that thread, but since "Skylake" wasn't in your title, I was not sure if it applied. I will give it a go. Thanks, RehabMan!

Skylake is similar to HD3000/HD4000 in that there isn't a separate HDAU device.
It is an extra codec on HDEF (usually called HDAS, which of course needs renaming to HDEF).
Some Skylake have working HDMI audio, others not. Reason unknown.

I got my T560 today and tried to install with your files...

Ok.. i try to install Sierra directly, but... it doesn't work anyhow.

Here is my screen before the reboot starts. Does anyone know a solution or had the same problem with a t460?

Seems like DVMT-prealloc is set incorrectly and you're not using the minStolenSize patch.

Damned... Good idea... All of the Kext Patches in this config.plist are for 10.11 and i try to install 10.12. Argh... I try to check the Patches and ill give feedback when i checked everything.

_____
Ok. I changed the config.plist like the following, but still the same IOGraphics flags 0x43 Error.

I bet its a noob mistake.... but it would be nice if you could take a look into it??

Boot verbose, show photo. Attach EFI/Clover folder as ZIP (omit 'themes' folder).

Photo seems to be like above.... but ill make another one in a sec.
Here is the Attached clover folder.

Keep in mind you must build cache with the kext in it before Clover can patch it with the minStolenSize patch.
So, you have to start by using an invalid ig-platform-id.
Then rebuild cache.
Then reboot with a valid ig-platform-id.
Clover cannot patch a kext outside of kernel cache.

I guess this is a problem in the understanding. I did rebuild the cache in a running system one time before.... but how can i do that in clover? System on the laptop isn't booting.. or do i have to go to the shell?

You can change the ig-platform-id to an invalid one in Clover GUI.
Then boot.
Then rebuild cache (read the FAQ).
Then boot normally (without changing ig-platform-id).

If you use an invalid FakeID to boot, the system will boot, but the graphics kext will not load and therefore will not be included in kernel cache when the rebuild happens. But if you boot without a FakeID, but invalid ig-platform-id, the kext will load but not start. Because it is loaded, it will be included in kernel cache during the rebuild. When you boot the next time with the kext in cache, Clover can patch it, and the kext will be able to start as it is patched (assuming the patch works for your hardware).

There is a subtle difference between a kext loading, and a kext loading + starting that must be understood...

Ok. I guess i did understand the difference between kext loading and kext loading and starting...
but...

when i start my t560 with the usb Stick with clover.... i always get the screen from #152. Then it reboots.... so... how can i rebuild cache when system is rebooting? I tried to search in the web and didn't find any result... to be honest.. i feel like a newb right now... a dumb one.
Or am i missing a kext for the intel GPU and sierra anywhere?
