No audio - ALC233 - X302LA (Solved)

How about install full patch applehda to s/l/e from mirones folder apply patch also from mirones folder and apply patch layout id3 from rehabman repo...

I know from the head exact link of each repo. How many times I went from one to another.

Google is your friend, I'm sure you can make it work "flawlessly". I have the same audio card and it is working so good!

This would seem to be ALC233. But it is obviously different from the others on my motherboard. I need to find out what's the difference.

Don't forget ALC233 will likely require CodecCommander.kext.

I have the exact same chip (Realtek ALC3236) in my laptop and i use CodecCommander.kext along with AppleALC.kext and layout 28 i think.

I tried AppleALC 1.0.17

layout 3, 4, 5, 28

No sound in any layout combination.

With vanilla AppleHDA.kext from 10.12.1 (I had to reinstall the whole system for that)

After that I deleted AppleALC.kext and

tried Mirrone AppleHDA Patcher v1.6 . With layout 3.

Full Patched AppleHDA.kext + HDAEnabler.kext 


after that . aDummyHDA.kext 
+ edited config.plist


No audio codecs found!

P.S.
I have not tried dsdt patch and I do not want to deal with that…
too complex operation - I'd rather listen a USB DAC

you will need to use the hdef patch and the system irq patch to make this work bud
