That's true! I don't understand the HD530 issues with Sierra then...The top-tier 15" MBP has Intel HD 530 iGPU.

Can't seem to get past the black screen using the motherboard HDMI when using inject Intel. I currently boot using the 1080 HDMI port but I only get 1600x1200 (or only 1024x768 sometimes). Of course Windows 10 works fine. IF I try moving the HDMI cable to the motherboard, the Clover boot screen looks great (high res), but then the apple loads (again, looks like a high resolution!) and goes black when finished. I'd be willing to live with the graphic anomalies if I could get there but the low res on my 3440x1440 is tough to say the least. Any ideas where I went wrong?
We'll see. I highly doubt Apple will support eGPUs OOB, which is crucial for making it "mainstream". They introduced the MBP with its tiny GPU as "FCPX machine", guess that says everything. With eGPUs and TB3 becoming more mainstream.
Mine is working perfectly with 10.12.1 I have lost faith on Pascal drivers for MacOS...Anyone use a Titan X (Maxwell) under macOS 10.11.6 or 10.12.1?
Might sell my GTX1080.
HEVC Full support at 120MB IN 10 bits for video editing is greatMine is working perfectly with 10.12.1 I have lost faith on Pascal drivers for MacOS...
