[Guide] Intel Skylake NUC6 (and Skull Canyon) using Clover UEFI (NUC6i5SYK, NUC6i7KYK, etc)

I've noticed when I disabled Bluetooth in Bios, my cpu reports as being 3.98ghz in system overview, but if I enable it it reports correctly as 2.59ghz. Kinda odd?

Which NUC (please fill out your profile as required by the rules)? Which version of OS X/macOS?

Clover's determination of CPU frequency is known to be unreliable. I've run across it a few times. You can set it with config.plist/CPU/FrequencyMHz.

Sierra 10.12 on Skull Canyon NUC

Thanks. Any idea what bluetooth dongles would work with this?

You might look at the buyer's guide. I have no use for bluetooth (seems like a hassle of a tech).

Will do. So now that everything is stable, do you have any idea how (or if it's possible) to have my Windows NVME drive be recognized in macOS? It doesn't show up anywhere. (I have a 512gb Intel 600p for Windows and a 500gb 850 Evo for macOS)

NVMe is covered in the guide. Read post #1.

@RehabMan thanks for your hardwork on this! :)

I am considering to buy one NUCK and use it as my main only computer for work, in scale of 1 to 10 do you think is prepared to work stable the Hackintosh Nuc? I am a software developer and I'm using virtual machines for my clients so not sure if there will be any issue at all working with parallels desktop.

Thanks so much! :)

Skylake on hacks in general not that stable and macOS has plenty of problems. If you want stable, probably should look at Haswell (or even Ivy) with 10.11.

I have semi working dual monitors (DP and HDMI). When I use both monitors, the sleep functionality breaks. System goes to sleep, but is unable to wake up again.
I don't use wifi (ethernet) and I have a bluetooth dongle.

What version of OS X/macOS?
