Id recommend removing SSDT-LPC for the time being until theres more information on Skylake.

Did you find solution. I have the same issue. Upgraded from El Capitan. Monitor became black only during power off or restarting.

Actually I dont understand how the problem occurs, because when sierra released at first I updated a dummy el capitan which is on another drive. (I am using it for try-outs not to break my system while trying sth). The dummy update to sierra works perfectly, which makes me think some software causes the problem.
