I read it properly. Is it ok I ignore the error and continue with the installation of kexts? I have upgraded to Sierra and no there is no sound and @the-blackknight updated the Audio HDA so I want to update from the repo again.

I already told you that this is NOT an error or problem... and I cannot simply predict whether you will face problems...

Follow the guide. Then test audio. No one can predict the future (that would be a neat trick though!).

Yeah Audio is working now but did get a kernel panic (System got stuck) I think so after I increased the volume from settings.
