I have download BIOS file. but I don't understand how to update it.

You have two options:
- run the update code from Windows installed on the laptop
- run the update code from another Windows machine to create a USB which you can boot from on the target machine

well there is no windows computer around me.. I Guest I'll use computer office tomorrow to make USB Boot that contain bios file. By the way, what the advantages if I update the latest bios ? is there any optimisation for the hackintosh (El Capitan ) itself ?
here the bios file that I downloaded.

FYI I just fixed the wireless. I boot to bios, and unchecked "LAN/WLAN Switching" option. now I can turn on/off my wireless while LAN RJ45 connected.
:)

thank you rehab man.

No idea really.. but I'm not supporting anything but the latest BIOS.

Is the default for BIOS with that option "off"?

If I Update the latest BIOS, and Will fix resolution Boot Screen (Like we me mention before) I'll Consider to update it.

I don't know. I Forget Default Bios Setting this machine.

You should update. No reason not to.

Please test it and report back.

Yes, but not now. because I'm very satisfied with all I've got here. I want to enjoy it for a moment :)

Please test it and report back.
yes it's default. I've tested it. when load setup default bios, option "LAN/WLAN SWITCHING" is unchecked.

Good, I just wanted to be sure the guide is accurate (it suggests setting BIOS to defaults, then making a few changes).

It must have been a step you missed when you read the guide.

Rehab man you've been awesome to helping me to instal hackintosh on my system (Elitebook 8470p). Thank you.

but I have hp workstation (xw6600) with yosemite 10.10.5. several month ago, I just update yosemite to el capitan via USB. But my workstation going weird.
  1. my usb keyboard suddenly not detected. so i must re-plugged again to make it work. it happens several times and it's very annoying.
  2. I can't shut down the system. when I clicked shutdown, it restart. so I must force shutdown using power button to turn it off
my xw6600 specs:
  1. 2x Intel Xeon E5440 2,83 ghz LGA 771
  2. SSD Intel 320 series 180 GB Sata II
  3. HDD WDC Purple for cctv 1 TB (Sata III I Think)
  4. 8 GB DDR2 Ram with ECC
  5. EVGA Geforce GTX 680 2 GB GDDR5
  6. Firewire 400
  7. Latest Clover Boot-loader (Recognised as Mac Pro 3,1 2008). no DSDT and SSDT Installed on this system.
can you help me to solve 2 problem that I Mention Above ?

You know El Capitan is great. more responsive than Yosemite.

Thank You Rehab man.
