You have two options:
- run the update code from Windows installed on the laptop
- run the update code from another Windows machine to create a USB which you can boot from on the target machine
e. By the way, what the advantages if I update the latest bios ? is there any optimisation for the hackintosh (El Capitan ) itself ?
FYI I just fixed the wireless. I boot to bios, and unchecked "LAN/WLAN Switching" option. now I can turn on/off my wireless while LAN RJ45 connected.
If I Update the latest BIOS, and Will fix resolution Boot Screen (Like we me mention before) I'll Consider to update it.No idea really.. but I'm not supporting anything but the latest BIOS.
I don't know. I Forget Default Bios Setting this machine. Is the default for BIOS with that option "off"?

Yes, but not now. because I'm very satisfied with all I've got here. I want to enjoy it for a momentYou should update. No reason not to.
yes it's default. I've tested it. when load setup default bios, option "LAN/WLAN SWITCHING" is unchecked. Please test it and report back.
