[Guide] HP ProBook/EliteBook/Zbook using Clover UEFI hotpatch (10.11)

Correct... no more AppleHDA injector (dummyHDA). We are just placing some extra files in AppleHDA.kext/Contents/Resources. They do not conflict with existing files placed there by the OS X installer, so there is no risk of them being overwritten by the installer. The rest of the patching is via config.plist. And the patching of pinconfigs is done by CodecCommander and a custom SSDT.

Read post #1, "Problem Reporting" and "USB Customization".

Read post #1, "Problem Reporting".

I've attached all the necessary files as a zip.

Disable Wake on LAN in BIOS fixed the problem.

Added SSDT-USB-6x0-G1.dsl. Please test.

I disabled the finger print reader and smart card reader. It is now exactly 15 ports, so don't forget to remove the port limit patch.

Works Perfect with your new created SSDT-USB-6x0-G1.aml

I write your a update Readme with USB allocation.

is it useful to disabled additionally Smart Card in Bios under Advanced-> Port Options
and Fingerprint Device under Advanced-> Build-In Device Options.

Your files are not up-to-date with respect to the current repo. Please read post #1 regarding github updates.

Not sure what you mean...

Is that question or statement?

Look at the new Attached Files, Is everything right except for missing SMBIOS?

Looks as I would expect with fully customized USB setup...

Sorry Rehabman for my bad English. I try my best.

I mean look at the Readme in the Attached Zip for your Notes when you need it.

With Bios Settings that is a question.

The last question: Works in the ioreg, what you can see everything perfect on my System?

And you can Add in Post #1 the Support in 8-Series 6x0G1:thumbup:

You are very good!
Thanks for you Perfect support and your good work.

Without you this all would not be possible

I used it to make the comments regarding each port in SSDT-USB-6x0-G1.dsl.

With Bios Settings that is a question.

If you disable them in BIOS, they would also be disabled in Windows. Since the ports are disabled via SSDT-USB-6x0-G1.aml, your choice whether you want the disabled in Windows too.

Without a specific problem to look for, it is a little hard to determine 'perfect'. But it looks ok to me.

And you can Add in Post #1 the Support in 8-Series 6x0G1:thumbup:

No changes required to post #1. All supported models can be discovered with './install_acpi.sh help'.

You are very good!

Thanks... enjoy.

I use Windows only in Virtual Machine on OS X thats work Perfect for me. So i need no Dualboot.

Do you have a idear?

On the other ProPook 450G2 the Sound works unprompted.
I Shutdown and Power on sometimes the Sound works but sometimes not or after reboot or restart.

Meaningful a Fresh install?

I would need to see "Problem Reporting" files upon audio failure.
