Not sure what you mean by "the rest is removed"...

You should do a fresh install. It is clear you have damaged or missing kexts.

I fixed but i see that something like sound is hard to fix, i update my bios days ago, maybe i must to reextract my dsdt and patch?? thanks

re-extract/re-patch is always required after:
- changing hardware
- changing BIOS options
- updating BIOS

You need to disable SIP.

Thanks i dont read about sip now is fixed but when I try the down code in terminal return me Could not open input file: no such file or directory and i dont know why

I just have extracted the dsdt and all ssdt in folder just extracted from linux but i dont remember how continue sorry

Rename them so they have .aml extension.

Make sure you keep those that were dynamic separate from those that weren't. Those that are dynamic are used in disassembly, but not placed in ACPI/patched.

It is all covered in the guide.

And what about HDMI or DP video output? Now I have fully working laptop dell precision m4800 with intel hd4600, but hdmi and dp doesn't work. These ports work only on discrete gpu nvidia quadro k1100m and in BIOS the "switchable graphics" must be disabled.
If this option is enabled, system boots with Intel HD 4600, but only internal dispaly works. So which patches are needed to work HDMI port?

No need to disable switchable graphics for OS X (HD4600 can still work). If your external ports are tied to the discrete device, you'll need to also make it work...
