[FIX] HD4200/HD4400/HD4600/HD5600 on 10.11+

Maybe because I am using the tool from the tutorial of the-darkvoid.

No idea which tool you refer to. The patched AppleExclude is usually caused by using Kext Utility (not recommended).

I booted with GraphicsInjection off because I'llhave that screen like on the screenshot.

Define 'that screen'.

Not possible to have working graphics without Inject/Intel=true.

Boot with injection, without caches (from Clover "spacebar menu"). Use an external monitor if needed to collect ioreg.

Make sure the DVMT setting in BIOS matches the DVMT patch you're using.

The tool is XPS9530.sh that was used in the tutorial: http://www.tonymacx86.com/el-capitan-laptop-guides/172859-guide-dell-xps-9530-using-clover-uefi.html

What is Make sure the DVMT setting in BIOS matches the DVMT patch you're using? Where can I find that?

The script does nothing with KextExcludeList.

It is something else you're doing.

Your config.plist is using a 128mb DVMT patch. Your BIOS setting for DVMT-prealloc must match.
DVMT is 128 in the BIOS. If this boot without cache fails, Ill try a re-install 1 more time.

Use an external monitor.
I did a complete fresh install.

Here is my file: Got it attached to a external monitor.

Your kexts are in /System/Library/Extentions and in Clover/kexts.

You can see that the patches are not effective. connector-type is still <00 04 00 00> in ioreg under AppleIntelFramebuffer@1. You have a patch in your config.plist to change it to <00 08 00 00>. Rebuild cache then reboot normally (the kext is loaded so it should end up in cache).

Otherwise, would need to see EFI/Clover that you're booting from.

Where in config.plist do I need to change this? When I search for 00 04, it won't show anything. Here is my EFI/Clover.

Thank you for your dedicated help so far. Merry Christmas.

Edit: I rebooted normal, with and without external monitor. Without external monitor, the screen still flickers.
Here is a screenshot;

In your screen shot, it shows the patch in your config.plist is being applied. This means it is likely the patch for DVMT is also being applied.

That means everything is good right? When I boot the laptop without a external monitor I can get to the login screen, once I login, the screen flickers and is black after 4 seconds. Can I do something about that or do I need a external monitor everytime I need to use the laptop?
