Hi Rehabman,

Update Yosemite to 10.10.5 all Ok!
Various software installed ...no problem!
But I'd like to have TRIAL Boot (MAC_OSX + WIN 10 + UBUNTU 14) and starting boot with CLOVER:
Tell me If it is possible in this way:
To install LINUX (ubuntu) on my hd I resize partition WINDOWS and create nr. 2 new partition FAT32 where to install ubuntu (primary and swap) ... right?
Start system with usb Linux live and with gparted format news partition (FAT32) in EXT4 e SWAP...right?
After installing Linux OS should I to make some changes to: EFI / CLOVER /...config.plist?

This is my system:

Would you help me?

Thank you for help.
Sorry my bad English.
Best regards Maurix

I believe Ubuntu is installed to ext3/ext4. You can follow the instructions in the Ubuntu installer.

Basics of installing Ubuntu are off-topic here. This site is for OS X. Checkout the Ubuntu forums.

I'm sorry friend,
i did not want to go off topic
i do not seek instructions for installing linux but
only the way to make the partition to install it

The partitions for Linux should be created within the Linux installer. You will need to reserve free space adequate for the Linux partitions.

You need to run ./install_downloads.sh *after* the upgrade. BrcmPatchRAM2.kext is installed instead of BrcmPatchRAM.kext, but not until you're actually running 10.11...

You need to have up-to-date Clover.

I did both things and still have the Bluetooth issue. Clover had been up to date when I failed to boot the installer from the app. That doesn't matter now that the installer booted fine from USB.

### as for Bluetooth

of course I had run the ./install_downloads.sh again after the successful upgrade to 10.11. That brought audio back in the first place. I'll attatch a system.log where it complains about missing a Bluetooth transport and something with read and write permissions.

Wait, before you jump to conclusions: I have already fixed permissions with kext wizard - that doesn't seem to do the trick.

cu

#### Attatchment

I emptied the system.log and did a full reboot.

Hello RehabMan,

at last, my new BCM94352HMB/AzureWave AW-CB123H wifi card has come from china.

I put it inside the laptop and the wifi goes perfect, but the bluetooth is not detected. I know this card have wifi/bluetooth support.

What i have to do to make the bluetooth work?

Best regards,
Heri

P.d.: I'm with Yosemite 10.10.5

Edit:
In System Pref there is nothing in Bluetooth and PCI

Ok,

so I reinstalled El Capitan from USB, removed EFI and redid with latest Clover(3280).

Few issues though that I'm puzzled.

still struggling is that I do see on system report aduio is all there, but not showing up on sounds. (My on going issue I'll get it working.... sure I missed something.)

Everytime I boot I see system shutdown
I will receive pop up for report. and This is the output though.
Seems to be something I missed in step.
