[Guide] Lenovo Y50/Y70 (UHD or 1080p) using Clover UEFI

OsxAptioFix2 overrides OsxAptioFix.

Switching to OsxAptioFix2 is a big step and requires lots of fiddling with kernel flag 'slide'.

Still have a problem. As soon as I enabled sound and rebuilt cache, back to the "sound assertion at line xxxx"
If I boot from USB after, it says computer restarted because of a problem, so it booted in and crashed, though nothing shows on screen

Update: I did a new config.plist and it started working. Guess I should probably start Clover efi from scratch each time

Not sure what you mean by "did a new config.plist"... but ok.

I am a bit confused about how I actually enter the UEFI shell. I have downgraded my BIOS, but when I run the Clover one, i get an error saying "setup_var is not recognized . . . "

I stuck in row 6 "When Clover boot screen appears, choose Boot OS X Install option"
After 3-5 seconds it appears, as pictured (optimal and -v)


Can anyone help me?

Did you forget to update Clover?

Note: config.plist/Graphics/Inject/Intel=true will not work for 4k/UHD screen. Because you don't have patched IOKit yet...
