Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro HD4400 QHD+ QE/CI working

Success!!! I finally made it (just by putting together the efforts of others to be honest)
I now have QE/CI on a Yoga 2 Pro with QHD+ 3200x1800 including working touchscreen (out-of-the-box)
(without directly moding the bios, just doing it by UEFI setup_var)

It will be interesting to see if you can replace the incompatible WiFi with BCM94352HMB?

Although it was not listed as a valid replacement on my Lenovo u430... pleasant surprise... it worked.

Lack of supported built-in WiFi on the Yoga2 Pro is a major downside for hackintosh.

There are no older versions on Levonos Support Website. Does anybody have an older BIOS Update?

Maybe @emueller can also inform you of which BIOS version he/she is using.

I am suprised that Windows 10 shows 144 MB Dedicated Video Memory. Thats no possible value.

Did you try to reset BIOS to defaults? Also, have you tried both with legacy boot enabled/disabled?

I use BIOS defaults except Safe Boot. A reset was also without effect. It does not work with legacy mode enabled, too. Is there a way to boot the efi shell in Legacy Mode.

You can have both legacy and UEFI enabled.

Yup I have. Looks like I have to wait for emueller.

Is there any M.2 WIFI Card with BCM94352HMB chipset?

Edit: Success with old BIOS. Just rename download link to an older version. Still got KP. Must be something wrong with config.plist.

Hello ryman95,

sorry for the delay. I am not online every day.
I attached the very basic config I first used and QE/CI worked. You of course have to further work on that for other functions.
I used the bios version 76CN38WW. I attached a zip of my old update-folder. (make sure to set the bios back flash enabled)
Just to be sure you are using the same version.
I also attached my DisplayVendorID I created. I don't know if it is necessary.

I wish you good luck. I really admire this quality display on Win and Mac.
