Note: I don't buy from Amazon or Newegg because they don't really ship to Australia very much. And when they do the shipping is extremely expensive. Additionally, most of the parts are ones I already owned or bought second hand, and as a result they are no longer sold. I have tried to add links for most of the parts though.

About this build
I love OS X, and I love building computers. As a result, I'm a keen hackintosher. I chose the components mostly for price-to-performance ratio, and because they were parts I already owned. I chose the motherboard for hackintosh compatibility. I chose the CPU for overclocking. This computer is mostly just general use but I game on it in my spare time too.
I followed the tonymacx86 guide for Clover Install http://www.tonymacx86.com/yosemite-desktop-guides/144426-how-install-os-x-yosemite-using-clover.html
I used the NVIDIA config.plist and add the basic kexts of FakeSMC.kext and NullCPUPowerManagement.kext. I also added RealtekRTL81xx.kext for ethernet. I added the IO80211Family.kext to enable my wifi, which I will attach. These all go in the "CLOVER/kexts/10.10/" folder.
I used the freezefix app from this tonymacx86 topic to fix the GTX560 display driver crashes. http://www.tonymacx86.com/mountain-...ermi-freeze-back-latest-drivers-10-8-3-a.html
I used the .command file from this topic to patch the ALC892 audio chipset. http://www.tonymacx86.com/audio/143757-audio-realtek-alc-applehda-guide.html
I ran Multibeast and installed FakeSMC, FakeSMC plugins, and the HWMonitor app to monitor system stats.
Figuring out all the little fixes like the GTX560 freezing and stuff took several weeks so I hope that this guide helps other people in future.
If you want to use an SSD for hackintoshing, don't buy the OCZ Arc 100 240GB model, I've had file system corruption problems white resulted in having to reinstall OSX three times. I now run OSX off the hard drive and Windows seems to run fine on the SSD. Probably best to stick with the tried and tested Samsung drives recommended in the TonyMacx86 buyer's guide.
