Is this the patch you are using?

I don't have any problems since the first 10.10.3 beta until now, but it affects quite a lot of other laptops.
 
Update-

It turns out that I was using the wrong clover partition to boot. I have another problem. In order to boot normally, I had to move all the Intel HD graphics files to my desktop. After doing all the clover configurator stuff, I ran the probook installer. After that, I rebooted fine, but I am still getting flickers, and I am not getting the transparent bar and dock. It is still on the right resolution though.

Make sure the kext is present and it is the correct version for 10.10.3 (10.6.20). Also it must match AppleIntelFramebufferCapri.kext (10.6.20). Repair permissions & rebuild cache.

Do a fresh install if necessary.
