Here you go. This came direct from Asrock just last week. It has the unlocked MSR (confirmed) and should enable sleep too although Ive not had chance to test the sleep yet. HDMI audio works well on this board too.

Flash your bios, install using standard methods and reply back with untouched DSDT extract.
