After many attempts, trials and tribulation I have reached Os X Nirvana!
Success method:
1. Remove Graphics Card and use motherboard graphics.
2. Reset Motherboard Bios Default and set SATA mode from IDE to AHCI (Just to be on the safe side).
2. Boot ML Install USB with Boot Flags GraphicsEnabler=No and PCIRootUID=0
3. Run Installer, Partition Destination and continue install.
4. Reboot off of USB installer and select Mountain Lion as boot source.
5. Configure your ML.
6. Run Multibeast options.
7. Reboot and set bios to boot off of Mountaian Lion partition.
Supposedly, re-inserting your Graphics card at this point will work. I will verify.
The key was to run the installer with native graphics only in my case. I spent all day and night yesterday fighting kernel panics and failed installs without first removing the GB and using the boot flags. It was nice to finally get a properly working install.
Motherboard: GA-Z77-DS3H
CPU: i5-3570K
Graphics: ZOTEK GT-520
RAM: 8 Gigs
Bluetooth: Rocketfish
WiFi: Broadcomm mSata on PCI-X
