Greetings,
I recently aquired a new SSD and figured i'd use my older one to dualboot windows and Mavericks.
Never having tried my hand in creating a Hackintosh and with close to 0 experience with Apple products I figured "How difficult could it possibly be" and went to work.
After loads of work i finally had a usb stick with Mavericks, unibeast and multibeast and started the installation. At first i had trouble even getting the installation to start properly. All that happened was that the screen would go from black to bluegreyish and back again with either a mousepointer or a spinning beachball during the black parts.
If the cursor remains as a pointer all i need to do is wait a minute or so and i'll be presented with the "chose your language" screen and unless i remember to remove my headset a screaming voice in my ears.
This part of the installation process now goes smoothly, i create the partition i want on the now empty SSD and proceed to install Mavericks.
After the first reboot it is my understanding that you are supposed to again boot from the USB and now choose the "Mavericks" option to get to all the personal bits about appleid and computername and all that but this is where my problem arises.
I have yet been unable to get past the Apple and spinning wheel screen and I'm starting to lose hope this will ever come to fruition.
What I've tried so far concists of using the flags for -v and then -x wich will start the apple screen, spinning wheel and a loading bar wich fills about halfway and then goes away and that's all that happens.
I've also attempted the GraphicsEnabled=Yes and No without result. I'll probably now reboot and do the -v to get a photo of the result to post here in the hopes that someone will see something that might help.
