[GUIDE] Dell XPS 9530

Above is a photo of the card inside my Dell XPS 9530, you can clearly see it uses only PCI Express and USB lanes. The SDIO interface is not present on the card.

Beware of other laptops/cards on the market which are SDIO based, those are not supported by any existing OS X drivers.

Many laptops come with support for both signals in slot M.2: PCI-Express and SDIO...

For example, Dell Venue 11 Pro. I recently helped to change the module on it for OS X.

The original module was - Dell DW1537 (Qualcomm Atheros QCSNFA282).
This module use SDIO chipset Atheros AR6004.

His replacement set Broadcom BCM94352Z.
The module BCM94352Z has successfully launched and worked without problems in Dell Venue 11 Pro.

I have unlocked my bios (A09) to adjust all the settings. I am using a 32 GB USB Stick with El Capitan (made with UniBeast) but the USB stick is not recognized in the boot menu. The USB stick was formatted within Mac as GUID. Do I need to do that as MBR? Or am I missing something?
