Start by purchasing Snow Leopard DVD. Follow post #1 in the following thread:

When you get to using the Probook Installer select the same selections as in the attachment.
The next step is to get the builtin ethernet working. You have to get this to work to be able to purchase Mountain Lion from the Apple Apps Store. My laptop has a Broadcom BCM57781 built in ethernet. If your is the same then you will need to load the following kext file:

There are many kext utilities like KextBeast etc that allow you to do this.
When you have purchased Mountain Lion I will post more instructions.
