Creating EFI file

So am real new to this, it would be my first time creating EFI opencore file. I searched everywhere but it seems like they only show how to install on pc, I got laptop I wanna install mac os big sur and the graphic gpu and stuff are supported. Can someone guide me on some links or vids for creating?

Up to Monterey it should be. Check with @Feartech though to make sure. He can recommend an SMBIOS to use too.
