I partitioned the disk1 as seen in post32 as GUID table using Disk Utility when installing Mac.

You have probably created a GPT/MBR hybrid. Windows will see it is MBR.

Make sure you don't create any Windows partitions in Disk Utility.

You can access the EFI partition from Linux or Windows.

Can you tell me how to access EFI via Linux ? Maybe sometime i have same issue with this and can resolve.

Use 'mount' in Terminal.
You can read about mount with 'man mount'.
