Just checked the dev id. It is available in the kext. So it need to support your card without any injection.

So disable all the CLOVER's graphics injections and rebuild cache. Then reboot and check.

And should the kexts be in /EFI/CLOVER/Kexts/10.10 or /S/L/E or both?

Put the kexts in S/L/E, it not mandatory that the kexts need to be present in the EFI partition.

If you have the kexts outside of the S/L/E, then install it with one of the utility. Do not copy back.

Ok, so with the kexts back in /S/L/E, injections removed, GFX is not recognised by OSX, and clover bootlog does not pention the device or VRAM at all

Check which FBName clover selected for your card. Also enable the ATI Injection.
