UPDATE: We've redone all of the Gigabyte Socket 1155 DSDTs as of June 4th, 2011 with only minimal edits. A complete list of DSDTs is here:
DSDT Database Update: Gigabyte Socket 1155 H61/H67/P67/Z68 Verified Edits

For this first draft, we've quickly patched each Gigabyte .dsl using MaLd0n's Auto-Patcher, then added HDEF for compatibility with ALC8xxHDA. We also moved DTGP to the top, and added the model and BIOS version for easy reference.

To reiterate, these DSDTs will enable sleep, turbo/powermanagement (without NullCPU), and audio using AppleHDA rollback & ALC8xxHDA (without HDAEnablers).

Re: DSDT Database: Gigabyte Sandy Bridge 1155 AVAILABLE NOW!

goose bumps!!! You guys work hard (and great as well!)
I'm dying to see z68!

Re: DSDT Database: Gigabyte Sandy Bridge 1155 AVAILABLE NOW!

Are the USB 3 Ports working?

Re: DSDT Database: Gigabyte Sandy Bridge 1155 AVAILABLE NOW!

Using the new DSDT fot P67A-UD5-B3

I can report the following:

Less watts usage at idle... so I guess power management is kicking in.

Cinebench Scores are now higher.... just like the autopatched.. so that is good

Geekbench scores a bump higher.... maybe 500 points....

Firewire Power Conservation... still missing will get Firewire GUID fffffffffff is invalid after a sleep... so that is missing

Still get a super low score in geekbench if using a SB smbios setting like iMac12,2 o MacbookPro 8,3... so something is still weird

All and all there is a definite improvement versus the last version. Good Job.

Re: DSDT Database: Gigabyte Sandy Bridge 1155 AVAILABLE NOW!

Awesome! Keep up the great work. Looking forward to trying out an SB setup soon.

Re: DSDT Database: Gigabyte Sandy Bridge 1155 AVAILABLE NOW!

Any chance we might see ASUS boards Tony? or are you only planing on Gigabyte boards? Might have chose the wrong board then :p Though I'm almost done with my guide for the P8P67 (perfect install) and just need DSDT but that's something I've never been able to do...

Re: DSDT Database: Gigabyte Sandy Bridge 1155 AVAILABLE NOW!

I noticed there are no Intel X58 DSDT's. I have the vanilla DSDT for my DX58SO extracted, but I can't find anywhere to upload it.

Wish to see the Z68 DSDT for Asus and Gigabyte. I am thinking of Asus Deluxe and Gigabyte UD5. Looks like only Asus Deluxe or higher-grade (not Pro or lower) and Gigabyte UD5 (not UD4 or lower) or higher grade use NEC USB 3.0 chip in Z68.

Re: DSDT Database: Gigabyte Sandy Bridge 1155 AVAILABLE NOW!

Z68s are coming soon- we just need to verify that the new standard 1155 edits will work first.

Re: DSDT Database: Gigabyte Sandy Bridge 1155 AVAILABLE NOW!

Many thanks to all!

btw what's the benefit of having DTGP at the beginning instead of at the end?
