The title is very self explanatory. I am only able to boot in safe mode into Yosemite. I keep getting this panic.
I can't also boot from the hard disk because when loading chimera it gives me a whole screen of weird symbols, but I'm still able to load it fine from the USB.

I am attaching a picture of my screen.

I am having a similar issue, I get one line past this to

HTML:
[PCI Configuration Begin]

Then I need to remove all parts from my mobo, and clear cmos inorder to boot anything.

Gigabyte p67-ud3-b3
AMD HD7870

I'm getting the same thing, and my bios resets as well when I restart. This is on my Z68 board. I was able to get the DP working with clover back in the DP1-3 days.

I'd love to know the fix to this. I'll try some more stuff tomorrow and report back.

I'm having the same problem.
I tried npci=0x2000 and 0x3000 but not solved.

same problem here, hangs on the PCI Configuration part, preceded SMC Successfully part

I got it working by installing the ACPI Rollback in multibeast. The description states it is necessary for 10.10 on motherboards running Award BIOS.

I did a clean install of Yosemite, then re-ran multibeast. No issues now.

Yep, that did it for me as well.

I have always had to install the ACPI rollback on my Z77 Gigabyte board despite the guidance saying "non-Gigabyte". I installed the newer rollback with the Yos Multibeast and so far I still have the same issue. I think I will try another clean install, first without rollback then add it. The weird thing is that it seems almost everyone with my same mobo does not need the rollback, from what I read on a guy's build thread. I have the Z77-UD5-TH or something close to that (not near the info now).

edit: Haha, the mobo model is in my profile ;-)

edit2: Also, at some point in the past my BIOS went weird and stopped displaying much of anything at POST, including the message to hit escape to enter setup. It does however allow me to enter setup if I hit escape?

edit3: Ran the rollback again and now it passes the previous step and hangs at GeforceSensor after several waits and then saying it loaded.

Thanks! That fixed my issue on ph67a-d3-b3
