Excellent low cost card - works OOB with no tweaking - need to install the fermi 4xx + 5xx drivers with MultiBeast.

Haven't tried it with SL, but works great in Lion.

Thanks Going Bald, my local shop sells the Palit GeForce GT 520 1GB DDR3 DX11,
i'll pick one up in the next few days, as i can't handle using win7 for much longer.

Just a small update, i decided to have another go to get geforce 7900GS running on my sandy bridge, after installing 10.6.3 and updating to 10.6.8 and i was getting the dreaded blue screen(s) again, but worked with iboot. So with iboot i decided to extract org.chameleon.boot.plist and mach_kernel from Preboot.dmg and place these in my extra
dir rebooted and both screens booted to desktop :)

From here i could edit org.chemeleon.boot.plist and add the missing keys & strings,
the Ethernet needed reinstalling with multibeast but everything else works fine.
So i hope this can help others who's had similar problems.
