Snow Leopard Boot Problem (FIXED)

Hi, just want to start off by saying what a great site and community this is here on Tonymac.

Problem:
I've followed the instructions on the site to install OS X using iBoot.
Worked fine, booted in using iBoot to install the 10.6.7 combo update followed by MultiBeast using EasyBeast.
As far as I can tell, this worked fined. Although note, the OS X combo installer crashes 20 or 30 secs after the message asking to restart appears.
I reboot (with and without iBoot) and the computer is stuck with the grey Apple logo with no spinning circle.

Any help?

I'm having this exact same problem. Everything works fine, but as I leave the Combo Update (10.6.8) open with MultiBeast, it crashes. Upon next boot the MacOS loading wheel does not appear.
