Couldn't agree more. Looks fiddly with all those drop downs.

In my experience, the opposite is true.

When I had the MSI GD65, the user experience was awful; laggy refresh bugs, an incredibly unintuitive menu layout and zero hotkey options (you had to enter an item before being able to change it, whereas in the old and Asus UEFI BIOS, you can simply highlight and use numpad keys).

The Asus UEFI is just as fast as the old style with the keyboard. Using a mouse may be a novelty, but it wears off after about 10 seconds and it's an exceedingly slow way to navigate.

it's a shame the new gigabyte boards didn't come with the cool uefi implementation like the asus. the old style bios isn't a problem at all, but i saw how cool and simple it is on a friend's p8p67 dlx & asrock extreme 4. it's all good, though. you only enter the bios menu a few times a year maybe

I agree, definitely I will buy an asus this time.

Nintendo Style is not for me.
