Installed but Multibeast fails with several items

I have Lion installed on my PC, but have the odd issue with the screen again. This time, it's all filed up, but it's streched and flickering.
When I check the display settings, it says "Intel HD 3000" and the screen is 1600x900. But why is everything so streched up ? and the refresh rate is off seems like it.

So I was able to install parts of Multi Beast.

But I cannot install the Bootloader, and all the other options that you normally put into the bootfile..
I did fix the permissions, and was able to install everything else..

How can I install the bootloader, since it's failed to install so I can make those other fixes?

I was able to install Easybeast, and now I get the shutdown screen right away.. so something got messed up.
Can I remove Easybeast, or am I SOL ?

Also install the stand Alone Chimera, but did not boot either.

Any other suggestions?
