Help with Panics on Restart

Hey folks,

I am getting panics on "restarts". When I shut down and and then start up it boots fine. But if I do a "restart" i get a panic.

What do I need to do to troubleshoot the panics? Any troubleshooting guides? Is there info in the panic message that points me to the problem?

Specs are:
Gigabyte GA-Z68XP-UD3
Intel i7 2600
AMD Radeon HD 6870
16GB Corsair 1600Mhz DDR3
OCZ Vertex 3 Series 60 GB SSD
Corsair Obsidian Series 800D Black Case
Water Cooled
Dual Boot (separate drives)
